Job Description: Customer Care Executive – Voice Process
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving customer concerns professionally.
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
Follow company guidelines and maintain service quality.
Update customer information and call details in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th pass.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience Range: 0–3 years.
Age Limit: 18–30 years.
Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory.
Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
