We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries through voice calls and email. The candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer queries and complaints through email.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve issues within defined TAT and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company policies, processes, and escalation procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet individual and team targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
