Job Summary:The Customer Care Executive (CCE) will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
