Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Basant Avenue
Shift: 12 hours shift ( 4 day working and 3 week offs)

Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to customers via calls, emails, or chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems.
Guide customers step-by-step to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated with product knowledge and technical processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and internet applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Freshers with basic technical knowledge are welcome.
