We are looking for Level I FTEs – Patient Engagement Experts / Counsellors / Health Care Coaches (PDCM) to proactively engage with patients, understand their health status, and guide them towards appropriate medical care. This role involves outbound calling, patient counselling, and accurate data documentation.
Make outbound calls to patients suffering from various medical conditions to understand their current health status.
Counsel and engage patients regarding their health concerns and ongoing care.
Identify patient medical needs and effectively channel them to appropriate hospitals or healthcare facilities.
Ensure accurate and timely patient data entry into the internal portal/system.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality while interacting with patients.
Follow defined processes and quality standards for patient engagement.
Educational Background:
Science graduates / undergraduates (excluding IT background).
Experience:
0 to 6 months of experience (freshers are welcome).
Basic understanding of healthcare concepts is preferred.
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages (as applicable).
Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment.
Shift: 8 hours per day
Week Off: 1 rotational week off
