JOB TITLE: Executive – Customer Support & Upsell
JOB LOCATION: Sec 62 - Noida.
SALARY RANGE: INR 22000 - INR 35000 + attractive incentives on upsells
EXPERIENCE: 1-5 Years.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Postgraduate. (Candidates with knowledge of Stock Market will be given preference).
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Outbound Calling to existing customers to:
○ Understand and resolve any issues they may be facing.
○ Gauge their satisfaction and ensure a high happiness index.
● Handling Inbound Calls/WhatsApp Queries from existing customers promptly and professionally.
● Upselling our other financial products and services to current customers to generate additional revenue.
● Communicating Updates:
○ Making outbound calls to inform clients about new stock recommendations, exit calls, and any important portfolio updates.
● Review Collection:
○ Encouraging satisfied clients to share their positive experiences through Google Reviews.
● Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues raised, and upsell achievements using CRM tools.
Candidate Requirements:
● Strong Knowledge of Stock Markets and related financial products (mandatory).
● Excellent Communication Skills in both Hindi and English.
● Proven experience in sales or upselling (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
● Customer-centric attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
● Ability to understand client behavior and identify upsell opportunities. ️
● Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools.
