Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice – Night Shift)

About the Role:

Looking for a night shift that actually makes sense? We are hiring Customer Support Executives to provide inbound support. This is not a sales role—no targets, just helping customers and making a difference.

Location:

Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Shift Timings:

Fixed Night Shift | Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound calls only
Provide friendly and professional customer support
Resolve queries efficiently, ensuring a great experience
Maintain clear and positive communication

No sales. No targets. Just support.
