💼 Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries professionally and politely

• Resolve patient account, insurance, and claim-related issues

• Update and maintain accurate customer records

• Follow quality standards and US healthcare guidelines

✅ Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates/Diploma holders welcome)

• Excellent English communication (Mandatory)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Comfortable with night shift

• Freshers & experienced both can apply

💰 Salary (In-hand)

• Fresher: ₹13,800

• 1 Year Exp: ₹14,800

• 2 Years Exp: ₹15,800

• 3 Years Exp: ₹16,800

• 4 Years Exp: ₹17,800

🎁 Additional Benefits
