Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Voice Process. The candidate will handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts

• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (quality, productivity, conversion, etc.)

• Follow company compliance and process guidelines

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required

• Ensure excellent customer experience on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Fresher or 6 months – 2 years of experience in BPO/Voice Process preferred

• The candidate should also have experience from an NBFC background (preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Strong problem-solving and listening skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
