Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through voice calls
Provide support related to banking services
Resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹17,000 Take Home (Based on communication skills and interview performance)
Work Schedule:
6 days working
1 rotational week-off
8 hours working + 1-hour break (9-hour shift)
