Roles and Responsibilities
• Answering calls from customers regarding their shipments
• Address customer grievances
• Coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays
• Assist with online booking of shipment

• Should know how to talk in English fluently
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner
• Experience of handling customer complaints preferred
