Job Summary

The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales operations for both Chicken Vicken retail/franchise customers and CPP (Processed Poultry Products) division clients. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Handling & Support

Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in customer queries
Provide accurate product and service information
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
2. Order Management
- Take and process customer orders (retail & bulk)
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for order dispatch
- Track deliveries and update customers on status
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and replacements
  3. Franchise Support (Chicken Vicken)
  - Assist franchise partners with daily operational queries
  - Support billing, stock availability, and promotional communication
  - Ensure smooth communication between HO and franchise outlets
