Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-Office)
Role: Customer Support Executive
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹23,000 per month (Take-Home)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver high-quality support across voice, chat, and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries via phone call, chat, and email in a timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Maintain accurate records and logs of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
Key Requirements & Eligibility
Languages: Excellent fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support OR
Freshers with a completed Graduation degree are welcome to apply.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
