Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage customer coordination, booking operations, and trip support through calls, WhatsApp, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer bookings via phone calls, WhatsApp, and mobile apps
Assign drivers and vehicles using CRM software
Track ongoing trips and ensure smooth service delivery
Coordinate effectively between customers and drivers
Collect customer feedback and resolve basic queries
Maintain accurate booking and trip records
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
