Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves supporting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent communication and efficient problem-solving. You will handle customer interactions through phone calls, provide a positive customer experience, and ensure seamless service delivery. Team collaboration and adherence to company policies and procedures are critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction

• Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring client retention

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication abilities

• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
