Position: Customer Support Executive
Location: Nagpur
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
Provide accurate information about services and assist customers professionally
Resolve customer complaints and maintain positive client relationships
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and feedback
Maintain customer records and daily reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service operations
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel)
Positive attitude and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
