The Customer Support Executive is responsible for ensuring all incoming and out going calls of domestic Agriculture or farm equipment/Products .Build rapport with Dealers, Vendors, Customers, Sales and operation team.
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualification: Graduate.
Gender Preference: Male
Age: 21–35 years
Key Responsibilities
Handle farmer support & complaints with patience and professionalism.
Manage dealer & farmer , Technical, sales enquiries and queries through calls and messages.
Receive, log, and track farmer complaints accurately.
Lead management – follow up and update records.
Collect feedback from farmers and dealers.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements
Languages: Kannada(Mandate), English(Mandate), Tamil, Telugu, Hindi (multilingual preferred).
Must be familiar with CRM tools, MIS, as well MS Office.
Strong skills in:
o Communication (polite, clear, professional).
o Active listening & problem-solving.
o Multi-tasking across calls, trackers, and reporting.
o Lead management & data accuracy.
