Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role focuses on assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering a positive service experience. This is a work-from-office role based in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clarity and professionalism.

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely solutions.

• Maintain and update customer information in the system.

• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required.

• Meet performance targets related to call quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a polite, customer-focused approach at all times.

• Share recurring issues or feedback with the team lead for improvements.

• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure closure of customer concerns.

• Uphold company policies, punctuality, and teamwork.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 3 years) are welcome.

• English fluency is mandatory, along with Hindi OR Kannada.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/call-handling tools.

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

• Must be available to work full-time from our Coimbatore office (WFO).
