We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to handle voice-based customer interactions. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing timely support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer issues, queries, and requests with accuracy and clarity.
Maintain detailed and accurate call records in the system.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Follow communication guidelines and adhere to process compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams when required for issue resolution.
Excellent verbal communication skills (must).
0–6 months of experience (freshers preferred).
Only 2025 graduates are eligible.
Post-graduates are not eligible.
Non-tech graduates only.
Willing to work in night shifts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused approach.
Problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
