We are hiring dynamic individuals for our international voice support team. This role involves handling customer queries via phone calls, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for global clients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly
Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines
Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts for performance improvement
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (any stream)
Prior BPO/customer service experience is a plus
