Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International BPO process in Jaipur. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with good to excellent English communication skills who are looking to build a career in international customer service and BPO operations.

The role may involve handling international customers through voice calls, chat, and email, depending on the process and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide professional and timely resolutions.

• Communicate with international customers through voice, chat, and email channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.

• Resolve customer issues while meeting quality and process standards.

• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and customer service procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Achieve defined customer service, quality, productivity, and performance targets.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Good to excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Strong spoken English and verbal communication skills for international voice processes.

• Good written English skills for chat and email support.

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Candidates should have good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat, and internet applications.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in a BPO / international customer support environment.
