Key Responsibilities
Contact customers to understand their concerns and capture the Voice of Customer (VOC) accurately.
Analyse customer issues and ensure tickets are appropriately allocated to the concerned service team.
Coordinate closely with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Follow up with internal teams on pending tickets and ensure escalations are resolved within defined timelines.
Communicate with customers regarding the progress and resolution of their complaints.
Obtain customer confirmation after the issue has been resolved.
Maintain accurate records and update ticket status, remarks, and resolution details in the system.
Monitor open and ageing tickets and take proactive action to avoid delays.
Escalate unresolved or critical customer issues to the appropriate senior team members.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the escalation resolution process.
