Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns with a customer-first approach.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Qualification: HSC (10+2) or Graduation (as per hiring requirement)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work 5 days a week in rotational US shifts with 2 rotational week-offs.
Candidates should be comfortable handling customer queries and providing accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
