Candidate Experience: Freshers welcome, preferred BPO/Customer Service experience
Mandatory Requirement: Versant score ≥ 5 for at least 10 positions
Language Requirements: Strong English proficiency—reading, writing, and speaking (Apna, Reddit, Joblum)
🕒 Shifts & Off:
Night Shifts Only:
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM or
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off per week (Reddit, Apna)
💰 Compensation:
In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (final compensation based on experience & skill level) (Reddit)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be applicable
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate
Experience: Freshers allowed; candidates with BPO/CS background preferred
Proficiency: Excellent in English (mandatory for blended roles) (Apna, Joblum)
Testing: Must clear Versant level 5, required for at least half the openings

Handle inbound & outbound communication via email, chat, and calls
Provide customer support on ZEE5-related queries
Maintain high service quality while engaging customers across channels
