Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Address queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.
Provide accurate information and maintain proper records of interactions.
Follow up with customers when required and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements:
HSC (minimum qualification) Or graduation.
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO/Customer Care preferred.
Freshers with fluent English communication can also apply.
Comfortable with 5 days working and rotational shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and a
bility to work under pressure.
