Customer Service Executive - Two Wheeler Loans - Haldia - Haldia Khanjanchak Sakti Palace - CSE• Job Description Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters. Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners. Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing. Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements. First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
