📢 Customer Service Associate – International Voice Process
📍 Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
🗣️ Process: US Telecom – International Voice
💼 Role: Customer Service Associate (Semi-Technical Process)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers and provide effective solutions.
- Understand customer concerns and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide technical and telecom-related assistance as per process guidelines.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility
- HSC / Any Graduate
- Minimum 12 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Salary
- 12–17 months experience: ₹4.46 LPA
- 18 months & above: ₹4.92 LPA
