Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Voice & Email Process)

Location: Palava, Mumbai

Hiring: 50+ Positions

Hiring Period: 7th March 2026 to 31st March 2026

Job Role

We are looking for Customer Service Associates to handle voice and email support for Axis Bank customers. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer queries through voice and email channels.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.
Maintain professional communication while interacting with customers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Follow company policies and maintain service quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only
Work From Office (Palava, Mumbai)
Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
Strong customer service orientation
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn

Shift Details

Male Employees: 24×7 rotational shifts
Female Employees: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM window
6 Days Working
Rotational Off (No fixed weekly off)
