We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Aspiraglory Overseas (opc) Private Limited. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Hospitality, Travel & Tourism. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Log customer interactions and track follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed.
