Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and sales-driven Customer Support & Resales Executive to manage existing client relationships, resolve customer queries, ensure client satisfaction, and generate additional revenue through reselling, renewals, and upselling of digital services.

The candidate will communicate with existing clients, understand their business requirements, follow up on ongoing projects, and identify opportunities to sell additional services such as Website Development, SEO, SMO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and other digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support & Client Relationship Management

Handle client queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Provide timely responses and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients regarding project status, service updates, and feedback.

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain long-term client relationships.

Record customer complaints, requests, and resolutions.

2. Resales, Upselling & Cross-Selling

Contact existing clients to identify opportunities for additional services and package upgrades.

Promote and sell services such as:

Website Design & Development

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

SMO and Social Media Management

Google Ads / PPC Campaigns

E-commerce Website Development

Branding and Graphic Design

Content Marketing and other digital services

Identify clients who may benefit from additional marketing services.

Follow up with existing clients for service renewals, upgrades, and repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.

3. Client Follow-Ups & Retention

Follow up with clients regarding ongoing services, pending approvals, payments, and renewals.

Understand client feedback and coordinate with the relevant teams to improve service satisfaction.

Identify dissatisfied or inactive clients and take appropriate steps to retain them.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Sales Coordination

Understand the company's service offerings, pricing, packages, and deliverables.

Explain suitable services and packages based on client requirements.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales or management team for proposals.

Negotiate professionally within company-approved pricing and policies.

Convert interested existing clients into repeat customers.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate client records, call logs, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.

Update customer information and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

Track renewals, upselling opportunities, customer feedback, and revenue generated.

Submit daily or weekly performance reports to the reporting manager.
