We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions and build strong relationships with our online fashion customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, email and website/chat.
- Assist customers with product information, sizes, orders, delivery, exchanges and returns.
- Follow up on pending, COD, abandoned and potential orders.
- Maintain customer information and interaction history in the CRM.
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, sales and marketing teams for order-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring customer concerns.
- Maintain daily reports and follow-up records.
