कस्टमर रिलेशनशिप मैनेजर

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Vagad's. This role involves greeting customers, interacting customers to fill Google Review , follow up calls with vendors and customers and addressing queries and concerns related to B2C Sales. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customer , interacting with them getting filled up google review form, follow up calls with customers regards to delivery, cusomization in a professional and efficient manner

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open work on weekends and 1 day weekly off between Monday to Friday. Job Timings 11 am to 8.30 pm
