We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Stepwise Consulting. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to retail. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update customer databases in CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
