Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and services, while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints.

If you enjoy interacting with people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and services
Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management when required
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree (mandatory)
Freshers are welcome to apply (customer support experience is an added advantage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment
