Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and database management for the automobile sales and service department. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, handling feedback, and supporting the sales and service teams through effective CRM processes. �

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM/DMS system.
Follow up with customers for test drives, bookings, deliveries, and service reminders.
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries and feedback.
Conduct Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Post Service Follow-up (PSF) calls.
Track and manage sales leads from different sources (walk-ins, online leads, campaigns).
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams for customer engagement activities.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management if required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Monitor lead conversion ratios and customer satisfaction scores.
Support customer retention and loyalty programs. �

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software)

Preferred Candidate
Experience in Automobile dealership / CRM / Customer Support
Knowledge of CRM or Dealer Management System (DMS)
