• Prepare and manage:

Sale agreements
Demand letters
Bank NOCs, ROCs
Interest letters, Debit/Credit notes
Reminder & Possession letters
Customer Support
• Address queries & resolve post-sales grievances
Possession Management
• Conduct property inspections
• Submit observation checklists to the project team
Handover Process
• Ensure smooth key handover and possession
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Experience in Real Estate CRM
✅ Strong knowledge of RERA guidelines
