📢 WE ARE HIRING – CRM EXECUTIVE
Mozart Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our growing real estate team in Lucknow.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle and maintain CRM operations and daily data updates.
Prepare and manage MIS reports and daily/weekly performance reports.
Maintain Builder & Developer relationships and coordinate regularly.
Manage BBA reports, lead-related data, and channel partner documentation.
Prepare and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy.
Handle official email communication and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM & Management teams for smooth operations.
Track lead movement, follow-ups, transfers, and closures.
Ensure timely submission of daily and EOD reports.
🎯 Candidate Profile
1+ year of experience in Real Estate, preferably with a Channel Partner / Real Estate Brokerage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting & CRM software.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good understanding of real estate sales processes and lead management.
Ability to work with multiple teams and maintain accurate records.
Should be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
