Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent service and proactive communication. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective after-sales support.

• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems) with accurate records.

• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

• Prepare and share regular reports on client interactions and business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
