Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure smooth post-sales coordination, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Project teams for timely updates to clients.
Manage post-sales documentation and payment follow-ups.
Ensure regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Provide project updates, possession timelines, and documentation support to clients.
Generate CRM reports and customer feedback analysis.
Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
0–4 years of experience in CRM or customer service (Real Estate experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
