Role Overview:

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Service Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by effectively managing service-related interactions. This position requires a proactive individual who can oversee customer service processes, address inquiries, and ensure seamless service experiences that align with the luxury standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for service-related queries and customer concerns.

• Coordinate with service teams to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
