Customer Relationship Executive– Vedanta Foundation

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Executive to support Vedanta Foundation’s communication and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates, stakeholders, partners, or other contacts as required.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to queries professionally.

• Share relevant information about Vedanta Foundation’s programmes and initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and responses.

• Follow up with contacts as required and ensure timely communication.

• Coordinate with the internal team for further action.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

• Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of other regional languages will be an advantage.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
