.Job Title: Customer Relationship & operations Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Lucknow
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship & Operations Executive to handle client coordination along with operational and field-related tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, drafting ability, and readiness to manage both office and outside work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer queries and maintain strong relationships
Draft professional letters, emails, and official documents
Handle dispatch of documents through post office/courier services
Visit post offices and government departments for official documentation work
Ensure proper tracking and record of all dispatched documents
Maintain and update MIS reports and operational data

Key Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Good command over English (written & spoken)
Strong drafting and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Pleasant personality with professional behavior
Willingness to travel locally for official work (post office, govt. offices, etc.)
