Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers accordingly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet customer engagement and satisfaction targets set by the organization.
Generate regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
