📌 Role Overview
Responsible for managing customer relationships in the service department, ensuring smooth communication between customers and workshop, and improving overall service experience and satisfaction
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. 📞 Customer Communication
Handle inbound & outbound calls for service-related queries
Remind customers about:
Periodic service due
Free service schedules
Insurance / AMC renewal
Coordinate with service teams
2. 📅 Service Appointment Handling
Book and manage service appointments
Ensure proper scheduling to avoid delays
Share confirmation and follow-up with customers
3. ⭐ Customer Feedback & CSI
Collect feedback after vehicle service
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
Escalate dissatisfied customer cases to Service Manager
4. 🧾 Complaint Handling
Listen to customer concerns patiently
Provide basic resolutions or escalate issues
Ensure closure and customer satisfaction
5. 🔁 Follow-Ups & Retention
Follow up with customers for:
Pending services
Repeat visits
Bring inactive customers back to the workshop
6. 💰 Sales Support (Service-Based)
Promote:
Extended warranty
Value-added services
Generate leads for service advisors
7. 📊 CRM & Reporting
Update customer details in CRM system
Maintain call logs, feedback reports, and follow-up data
Track daily/monthly targets
