Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Male/Female)

Job Summary:

Sri Suchitha Rentals & Resales Company is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions related to property rentals and resales. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating property visits, and supporting the sales process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to rentals and resales

• Explain property details, pricing, and availability to customers

• Maintain accurate customer and property records

• Coordinate site visits with customers and property owners

• Follow up with prospects and assist in closing deals

• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

• Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction execution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate

• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience

• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Telugu

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Follow-up and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Salary & Benefits:

• 15-25K + incentives
