Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, follow-ups, feedback, and coordination throughout the customer journey. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth and positive showroom/dealership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and showroom visits.

Make regular follow-up calls to customers regarding enquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and services.

Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/DMS system.

Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.

Collect customer feedback and address basic queries or complaints professionally.

Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, complaints, and resolutions.

Remind customers about service schedules, vehicle maintenance, insurance renewal, and other dealership-related requirements.

Coordinate customer appointments and showroom visits.

Support the sales team in maintaining customer databases and follow-up records.

Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer calls, follow-ups, appointments, and feedback.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication at all times.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM/DMS software.

Ability to handle customer queries and complaints patiently.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Ability to work with Sales and Service teams.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relationship management, automobile dealership, front office, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.

Candidates from non-automobile customer-facing roles can also be considered if they have relevant customer-handling and follow-up experience.
