📍 Location: Malad West, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

About the Company

Our client is a leading organization in the Dental Industry, specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality dental products and providing advanced dental laboratory services. They are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

• Achieve customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

• Support the sales and operations team in customer engagement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years in Customer Relationship, Telecalling, Customer Support, or similar roles.

• Experience in Inbound/Outbound Telecalling is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Education Must be HSC or any Graduation
