About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
✅ Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, and follow-ups
✅ Act as a single point of contact throughout the customer journey
✅ Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely query resolution
✅ Track customer requests and update project/service status regularly
✅ Support post-sales activities, retention, and customer satisfaction initiatives
✅ Drive case conversion, cross-selling, and escalation handling when required
✅ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Desired Skills

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication
✔ Strong customer service and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications
✔ Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
✔ Experience in inbound customer support, retention, or CRM activities preferred

Eligibility

🎓 Any Graduate
📅 Minimum 6 months of customer service/CRM experience preferred
