Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our automobile showroom/service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, customer follow-ups, service reminders, and maintaining good customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls professionally
• Service reminder and follow-up calling
• Maintain customer records and database
• Handle customer enquiries politely
• Take customer feedback after service
• Coordinate with sales and service teams
• Maintain proper daily calling reports
