Job Description – Relationship Manager
Open Positions: 6
CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Open and onboard clients through online Demat account opening.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to improve client retention.
Drive client activation, trading volume, and brokerage revenue through advisory and research calls.
Resolve client queries, manage exposure limits, and ensure timely service.
Handle and manage HNI (High Net Worth Individual) clients, where applicable.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), and NCDs.
Conduct investor awareness programs and market education sessions for clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve revenue targets of up to 5× CTC, as per the company's performance matrix.
Maintain a high client activation ratio and an active traded client base.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
NISM Certification is Mandatory.
Good communication skills in any one of the following languages: Hindi, English, Marathi, or Gujarati. Knowledge of the local language along with English will be an added advantage.
Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office).
Strong attention to detail, process-oriented approach, and basic understanding of financial markets preferred.
